Leasing Details:

• Deposit: $500
• Flexible lease terms
• Application fee: $23.65
• Pet policy:
  - Cats and small dogs (10 pounds or less) are welcome
  - Two-pet maximum per apartment
  - $500 refundable deposit per pet
  - $40 monthly per cat
  - $60 monthly per dog
  - Some breed restrictions
  - All pets subject to approval
